Zhejiang Hongchen Photovoltaic Energy Co., Ltd., is an enterprise which specializes in manufacturing and selling crystalline silicon solar cells and solar modules.

The output power of the products is from 10W to 230W mono-crystalline and poly-crystalline. Complying with market trend, our company has diversified the products to provide customers more solutions. It is estimated that the production capacity will reach 100MW by the end of 2009 and 200MW by the end of 2010.

We have invited national photovoltaic experts and established long-term cooperative relationship with suppliers of European leading equipments, who provided Hongchen the most advanced technology and manufacturing equipments so as to ensure the customers with cleaner and more dependable solar energy and solutions. By setting up four modern solar module production lines equipped with the latest high tech equipment, we guarantee the highest quality of our products. Our materials are all carefully selected, we corporate with world well-known suppliers/ manufactures for the silicon wafers, for other components of our modules, (the Trans-parent Glass, EVA, TPT, Cables & Interconnection Box and the Aluminum frame) we use certified materials from well established manufactures and suppliers from Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan, USA and China. Our quality control is extensive; We examine and test comprehensively all materials before entering our production lines.

We operate under very strict procedures regarding the hygiene and the cleanness of our premises, our office and working areas are sterilized and temperature controlled, we apply laboratory conditions throughout our production lines. Since we always keep on searching for efficient solutions, we seek out new materials and techniques, for the best economical performance of our products and to control effectively the performance and cost of our systems.

We chose the best machinery and we selected the finest materials- components for manufacturing our solar cells and modules, to guarantee the best quality and performance of each cells and modules. Our staff has professional training before they participate in our production lines, we have a training skim of 30 days for every new worker joining our team, the production manager, the section managers and the management team all have several years experience in this industry.

Hongchen has sent full-time sales managers in European principal markets to provide customers effective professional service in time as well as after-sale technological support for customers in Asia, Europe and North America.
